1.Machine Description
SME is an off-line,compact,energy-saving and environment-friendly high-end PCBA cleaning machine,which can be for batch cleaning.SME-5600 can automatically complete the cleaning,rinsing and drying process in the clean room by pressing a start button.
SME-5600 PCBA cleaning machine can effectively clean the residues of SMT/THT welding on PCBA, such as rosin flux, water-soluble flux, no-clean flux, solder paste and other organic and inorganic pollutants.
Mainly used in aviation, aerospace, medical care, new energy, automotive electronics, instrument industry, especially suitable for small batch and various kinds of PCBA cleaning.
2.Equipment charactristics
1)Comprehensive cleaning system:thoroughly and effectively clean the organic and inorganic pollutants,such as rosin flux,non-cleaning flux,water soluble flux left on the surface of PCBA after SMT/THT welding.
2)automatic cleaning mode:Complete whole cleaning process of the cleaning,rinsing and drying in the cleaning room by spraying.The machine has compact struture and small floor space.
3)Proportion of liquid.Using proportional pump,the liquid and DI water are mixed in proportion to meet the requirements (optional).
4)Design of adjustable spray pressure: it solves the problem of collision and displacement of small-sized PCBA under the condition of high pressure ejection during cleaning; The pressure of each spray bar can be manually adjusted independently.
5)Running track of cleaning basket: The track of cleaning basket in and out of the cleaning room adopts sheet metal bending mode, which ensures smoothness and stability of incomplete and long-term use.
6)Rotating mechanism of spray bar: The rotating mechanism of spray bar adopts lubrication-free mechanism, which runs smoothly and does not need to be replaced regularly.
7)Cleaning door sealing:the cleaning room door adopts double-layer sealing method to prevent atomized liquid from overflowing from the cleaning room.
8)Cooling of cleaning solution:Due to the compression and high-pressure extrusion of the high-pressure pmup,the temperature of the cleaning liquid will continue to rise during the cleaning process.Water cooling is adopted to reduce the temperature of the cleaning liquid when rinsing and draining water.
9)reduce the consumption of the cleaning solution:The built-in filter device can realize the recycling of the cleaning solution and reduce the dosage of the solution;At the end of the cleaing,the residual liquid in the pipe and pump can be recovered by blowing compressed air,which can effectively save cleaning solution.
10)concentration compensation:The machine is equipped with concentrated solution tank and an addition pump;The compensation of the diluted liquid will decrease after use,which will affect the cleaning effect and efficiency,but it is not dirtuy enough,it is wasted when discharging.Adding concentrated liquid from concentration liquid tank to diluted liquid tank regularly to compensate the concentration of the diluted liquid can improve effective utilization rate of the solution.The additon amount of concentrated solution can be adjusted as require.
11)standard conductivity tester:After the machine automatically enters rinsing process,it can monitor the state of the rinsing water at the any time until PCBA board reaches the preset cleanliness,which greatly improves the continuity of the cleaning process.
